Hope Lutheran Church
Palm Desert, CA
The new Hope Centre is a one-story 11,200 SF building designed to complement the existing Worship Center. The new facility will include a large Fellowship Hall, full-service kitchen, office space and two multi-use classrooms. The Centre also incorporates the traditional "crucifix" form in roof design with high glazing and skylights providing a special aesthetic to the interior Fellowship Hall.
Indio Council Chamber Indio, CA
The renovation of the Indio Council Chambers will add 7,467 square feet to the original 2,200 SF facility and increase seating capacity from 64 to 216. The existing facility includes a lobby, two single-fixture bathrooms, a chamber room and a single projector on a manual screen. Renovations will upgrade the existing council chambers and added public and private bathrooms, three multi-use conference rooms and two City training rooms. Audio/Visual enhancements will add a full A/V system with pan/tilt/zoom cameras, a speaker system, multiple projection screens and TV monitors, editing equipment and recording equipment stationed in an A/V room.
Desert Christian Academy

Ph. 1 ... A complete replacement campus for pre-school through high school. Also included in the campus design is a multi-purpose building featuring an outdoor amphitheater with a 350-person capacity, an administration building and a two-story athletic building.
