The project consists of the major renovation of an existing concrete tilt-up three-story structure totaling approximately 75,000 sf to become the county I.T. Department’s new headquarters.  The new design includes training rooms, a café for staff, situation room, private offices, open office areas, and supporting focus and wellness rooms to create a modern, flexible office environment.  While core circulation elements are to remain, restroom renovations, replacement of all ductwork, lighting, new emergency generator, photovoltaic carports, and surrounding site improvements are all a part of bringing this existing building back to life for the I.T. Department’s new home.
