Luckie Park Pool Replacement
City of Twentynine Palms

Luckie Park has long been a cornerstone of the Twentynine Palms community, and the replacement of the Luckie Park Pool marked an exciting and much-anticipated development for its residents. The project involved the comprehensive demolition of the old community pool, including the pool deck and the ancillary mechanical equipment building. This transformation was not just about replacing outdated infrastructure but also about revitalizing a key community asset. The new pool promises to offer a modern, safe, and enjoyable environment for all community members to swim and gather.

In addition to the pool itself, the scope of work encompassed several site improvements that enhance both functionality and accessibility. New perimeter fencing, gates, and sidewalks were installed, contributing to the overall aesthetic and safety of the park. The new ancillary building is notably equipped with two ADA-compliant, uni-sex restrooms complete with showers, ensuring inclusivity. Furthermore, the new ancillary building houses two chemical storage rooms and a mechanical suite to support the pool's operations, making maintenance and management more efficient.
